Three fields of research are concerned:

• History of Economic Thought: Epistemology of economics, History of Economic Knowledges, Modern History of Economic Thought.
• Economic History and Cliometrics: This refers to the systematic use of economic theory and econometric techniques to describe and explain historical events (see website http://eh.net/).
• Economic Theory: models of market interactions (general equilibrium, strategic multilateral exchange, information, coordination failures theory, search theoretic models).
