The 2d thematic seminar Law & Economic Policy International Workshop held on October 2015, 8-9, is jointly organized by EconomiX (CNRS & Paris Ouest Nanterre La Défense), the CRESE (University of Franche-Comté) and the LED (Paris 8 Vincennes-St Denis). The topic selected for the 2015 meeting is “Public Law Enforcement and Deterrence Policies”. Major contributors to the literature will present their current research on this topic. The different sessions will allow the presentation of papers following different methodologies, theoretical, empirical or experimental, to provide insights into the economic analysis and law implications of public policies in the area of crime deterrence and law enforcement.
