
Bankruptcy institutions, corporate insolvency and entrepreneurship

Objectives of the workshop: the aim of this meeting is to bring together scholars from different fields to discuss the regulatory and economic issues related to corporate insolvency, in light of the on-going financial crisis. Theoretical papers as well as empirical studies are welcome.
Topics – the organizing committee encourages submissions especially in the following topics:
- Economic causes of SMEs cease of payments
- Determinants of survival in case of reorganization
- Role of capital structure and governance
- Consequences of bankruptcies on employment
- Risk forecast of insolvency
- Impact of legal and judicial institutions on firms’ dynamics
