Ensure the general administration of the laboratory and the supervision of all the actions undertaken:

– Implementation of the laboratory’s orientations and monitoring of the results obtained about the expected results;

– Supervision and coordination of the administrative and engineering team ;

– Management of the contractual staff ;

– Budget management ;

– Coordination of the unit’s communication policy;

– Coordination and follow-up of partnerships and research contracts of the laboratory;

– Responsible for the unit’s social and environmental responsibility (SER) policy;

– Responsible for the communication of the laboratory: redesign of the website (https://economix.fr/), external letters & creation of the YouTube channel (https://www.youtube.com/c/EconomiX-UMR)

Member of the networks Labos 1point5, Quality in Research (QeR), Com’On (CNRS communication) & communication referents of Paris Nanterre University.

Member of working groups within the framework of the management plan of the Direction déléguée aux Cadres Supérieurs (DDCS) of CNRS.

Correspondent for training, communication (DR5) & Europe and International of InSHS.
