The objective of the seminar is to provide a space for discussion around recent research work on the issue of migration. Relying on the presence of several teacher-researchers from Paris Nanterre University working on this subject, it aims to promote dialogue between different disciplines (history, sociology, political science, law, anthropology and economics) and decompartmentalize the migration issue from disciplinary anchors. It is also about promoting young researchers, doctoral students and doctor-es, who will find a place of discussion, both rigorous and benevolent, of their research work. A certain place is given to research work on public policies and their legal implications, on the State and the administration, objects which facilitate the confrontation of disciplines.
