EconomiX (CNRS and University Paris Nanterre), the Laboratoire d’Economie Dionysien (Paris 8 University Vincennes-St Denis), ERUDITE (University Paris Est-Créteil), and the Center for Economics of Paris Nord (CNRS and University Sorbonne Paris Nord) will jointly organize the: 13rd International Meeting in Law & Economics, on June 04-05, 2026. The 2026 workshop will be hosted by the University Paris Nanterre.
The workshop consists of 8 thematic sessions of 2 papers; this allows each speaker to have 45 minutes in all and enables longer discussions with the audience than what is nowadays possible during the international conferences in the field. Submissions must be sent before March 15, 2026, in a pdf format, and by email to eric.langlais@parisnanterre.fr. Papers (completed, or at least in preliminary draft) using various methodologies (theoretical, empirical, or experimental) and related to any topics of Law & Economics are welcome, including: Economics of Procedures, Litigations, Law and Finance, Economics of Competition Law, Tort Law and Liability Rules, Law Enforcement and Economics of Crime, Constitutional Law and Political Economics, Intellectual Property and Innovation, Contracts and Law.
Participation fees (including 2 lunches, 1 diner and all coffee-breaks)
Students (Master, PhD): 80 euros. Academics: 150 euros. Institutions and Non Academics: 200 euros.
Deadline for submitting papers: March 15, 2026.
Selection of papers: March 29, 2026.
Registration: before April 15, 2026.
