As part of the funding of the Psychofood project by the MSH Saclay, we are organizing an interdisciplinary workshop on the psychological determinants of food consumption. This day will allow us to gather different point of views from economists, epidemiologists and food psychologists on the behaviour of food choices and the adoption of specific diets.
We are very happy to welcome 6 keynote speakers: Michèle Belot (economist, EUI, University of Edinburgh), Nicole Darmon (epidemiologist, INRA), Davide Dragone (economist, University of Bologna), Rodolpho M. Nayga (economist, University of Arkansas), Sandrine Péneau (epidemiologist, University Paris 13) and Natalie Rigal (psychologist, University Paris Nanterre).
Registration is free and mandatory.
