I graduated from the University of “Bourgogne-Franche-Comté de Dijon” with a Master 2 research degree in applied economics, especially in public policy analysis.
During this master year, I worked on a thesis topic entitled “International trade and wage inequalities” under the supervision of Professor Ivan Ledezma.
This dissertation consisted, using panel data from OECD countries, to analyze the impact of Foreign Direct Investment (FDI) on the skilled workers relative wages.
Over the next three years (2020-2022), my thesis topic “Productivity in the construction sector: Diagnosis and the role of market structure on productivity” will address two essential aspects.
First, I will calculate apparent labor productivity and aggregate factor productivity in the construction sector. Second, we will find the explanatory factors of productivity in the construction sector.
For this purpose, we will mobilize both aggregate and firm-level data from the OECD database and firm-level tax data, respectively.
To perform this study, I am supervised by Mrs. Nadine LEVRATTO and co-supervised by Mr. Jimmy LOPEZ.
My scientific interests include empirical testing of economic theory, database manipulation and estimation methods.
