Organized by the Universities of Paris Ouest-Nanterre-La Défense, Paris 2 Panthéon-Assas, Rotterdam and Maastricht, with the partnership of the Erasmus School of Law within the European Doctorate in Law and Economics supported by the European Commission.

A seminar for PhD students of University Paris Ouest–Nanterre–La Défense, University Paris 2 (Panthéon-Assas), Rotterdam, and Maastricht University, and Erasmus School of Law and the European Doctorate in Law & Economics (EDLE).

The first meeting of the workshop took place in 2009 on the campus of Paris Ouest-Nanterre-La Défense. The title "The Future of Law and Economics" is symbolizing the fact that the PhD candidates constitute the future of law and economics and realizing that much of the research they undertake is in fact path-breaking and innovative.

The 2015 call for paper is closed. Registration is required, since the number of participants is limited. If you have not yet registered, please contact: rile-sec{at}law.eur.nl. The joint seminar is free of charge. Travel and living expenses are at your own costs.
