8th Joint Seminar 'The Future of Law and Economics'

Erasmus School of Law, University of Rotterdam

March 23 and 24, 2016

"The Future of Law and Economics" is a joint seminar organized by the Universities of Paris Ouest-Nanterre-La Défense, Paris 2 Panthéon-Assas, Rotterdam and Maastricht, in partnership with the Erasmus School of Law, and the European Doctorate in Law and Economics.

The first meeting of the workshop took place in 2009 on the campus of Paris Ouest-Nanterre-La Défense. The title "The Future of Law and Economics" is symbolizing the fact that the PhD candidates constitute the future of law and economics and realizing that much of the research they undertake is in fact path-breaking and innovative.

The 2016 seminar will be hosted on March 23-24 by the Erasmus School of Law of the University of Rotterdam.
